What do I need to bring?
Your pet attached to their leash and collar or harness or cat’s/small dog carrier. If you prefer a certain style or cut, please bring a photo to share with us if you have one.
Will my pet have food and water?
All pets in the salon will have access to fresh water, throughout their visit. Our staff does not provide food to pets, however we do offer treats to them to make their time with us more enjoyable. If you pet has specific food allergies, please let us know.
Do understand the needs of different breeds of pets?
We have done countless hours of training, including hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds. During training, our stylists are educated on breed-specific needs and trims. We equipped to make your pet look and feel their very best while adapting to your personal preference.
What size and age are the
pets you handle?
Our facility is set up to cater to young and older pets who may have mobility challenges or get tired easily. We also are set up to handle pets of all sizes and breeds.
What is my pet is scared
of being groomed?
Being groomed and away from home can be overwhelming for some pets. That is why we take the extra time and effort to ensure their comfort and well-being are always the top priority. To help make it a positive experience, please let us know if your pet needs any special requirements.
Do I stay with my pet for the duration of their appointment?
Our facility is set up so you are able to drop off your pet, ensure their comfort and then return to pick them up when their grooming is completed.
